Return Policy
As a general policy, we do not accept returns on any consumable products once they have been shipped. This includes:
Coffee beans
Coffee powders
Other food-related items
This is to ensure product safety, hygiene, and freshness for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@karafa.com with the following:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo(s) showing the damaged or incorrect item
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
Send you a replacement product or
Issue a full refund to your original method of payment
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the issue is verified. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note:
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@karafa.com with your order number as soon as possible.
