At Karafa, we’re dedicated to delivering your coffee products fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping charges.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
For international orders, please contact us at support@karafa.com to check availability and cost.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied to orders below ₹499.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an additional COD charge may apply (if enabled).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can track the delivery status at any time.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@karafa.com. We’ll promptly investigate and provide an update.
